This 18,500 sq mtrs of land is situated near Sax in the exclusive area of Peña Rubia. It enjoys beautiful views of the country side below and Sax castle in the distance. To the rear the views are equalled in excellence by the mounain of Peña Rubia.

The land has close to 2000 sq mtrs fenced off where it was proposed to build and it has a toilet and shower block. It has water connected but no electricity although the supply is very close by and wouldn't cost too much to have connected.

Access to the land is by tarmac road which is little used as it is not a through road, serving only as access to properties and the mountain track.
